You start by shaping the mouth trays with the help of hot water, then apply the bleaching gel in the mouth tray or on the teeth you want to whiten. Let it work and then rinse your mouth with water. Repeat until the desired result is achieved.

Discolorations can be the result of several different things. Smoking, snus, coloring food and drink as well as medication and natural aging are examples of common causes.

No teeth whitening gives permanent results. After a treatment, the teeth will gradually become discolored again by colored food and drink, age and possible smoking / snus. The result lasts for 6-8 weeks and after that you can easily repeat the treatment to maintain the result.

It is possible to whiten teeth if you have artificial teeth of e.g. composite plastic / porcelain, fillings or dental jewelry. These parts will not be bleached as our products are designed to bleach enamel. However, you should not whiten your teeth if you suffer from tooth loss or if you have open wounds in the oral cavity, then first consult your dentist.

Our products are completely free of substances that can damage teeth or gums, therefore they are also completely free of various side effects.

A teeth whitening from Beconfident® works in exactly the same way as at the dentist. The teeth whitening gel effectively removes the discolorations, which makes your teeth white and fine. The teeth whitening process does not damage or change the enamel, but only removes the discolored particles on and partly inside the enamel pockets. Our products have a PH value that is identical to the natural PH value of the oral cavity, which is about 7. As an example, it can be mentioned that soft drinks have a PH value of 2.9.

Most people see results already after the first treatment. The number of treatments you need depends on what your teeth look like before starting treatment. Between 1 and 10 treatments is often enough to get white teeth. Factors that affect the number of treatments are how white teeth you want and how discolored your teeth are before treatment.

There are several different causes that can be behind acne breakouts, but some causes are makeup, hormones, mechanical factors (like fiddling a lot in the face), medications and chemicals.

Smoking generally has a negative effect on your health and your skin, which can indirectly affect the occurrence of acne. We would therefore recommend that you avoid smoking so as not to risk a negative effect on your acne.

No, acne is definitely not contagious. It is the result of an unbalanced skin or body. However, you should as far as possible avoid fiddling with your fingers on your face to avoid any bacteria that may be on your hands aggravating the acne.

Usually you can see a difference after just a few weeks. Long-term treatment and prevention of acne takes time, but you will notice that it decreases. Many are basically completely free of acne within 4-6 weeks.

Exercise in itself has no effect on acne and regular exercise has a positive effect on our health. However, avoid chlorine in swimming pools that have a negative impact on your skin and therefore increase the risk of acne problems.
